We want you to love your SSA box. Here's our policy.
Our Commitment
Every SSA box is personally curated to match your skin profile. While we cannot accept returns on opened beauty products for hygiene reasons, we are committed to making things right if something goes wrong.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a credit at no extra cost.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your box, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and send the missing item or offer a suitable alternative.
Subscription Cancellation Refunds
If you cancel your subscription before the monthly cutoff (the 25th), you will not be charged for the following cycle. If you are charged after cancellation due to a timing issue, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of beauty products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. This does not affect your rights in the case of faulty or damaged goods.
