We ship worldwide every month from Seoul, South Korea.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of your billing date. You will receive a tracking number by email once your box has shipped.
Delivery Times
Asia & Oceania: 5–10 business days. North America: 7–14 business days. Europe: 7–14 business days. Rest of World: 10–21 business days. These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination country. SSA occasionally offers free shipping promotions for pre-registered subscribers.
Customs & Import Duties
Your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. SSA cannot predict or control these fees.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your package is dispatched. You can track your shipment through your My Page or directly with the carrier.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please do so before the 25th of the month. Changes after that date may not be applied to the current cycle.
