Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Seoul Skin Archive ("SSA", "we", "us") or placing a subscription order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
SSA is a recurring subscription service that curates Korean beauty (K-beauty) products and delivers a personalized box to subscribers worldwide each month. Box contents are personalized based on your skin quiz results.
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
- ·Monthly subscription: Opening event price $55 / then $69 billed every 30 days
- ·Quarterly subscription: $165 billed every 3 months
- ·One-time box: single purchase, no recurring billing
- ·Prices are in USD. Actual charges may vary due to currency exchange rates.
- ·Prices do not include VAT or local taxes, which may be charged separately depending on your country.
4. Billing and Automatic Renewal
- ·Payment is processed immediately upon subscription and automatically renewed each billing cycle (monthly or quarterly).
- ·You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
- ·Failed payments may result in service suspension. We will retry the charge per our retry policy.
- ·Payments are processed through PayPal or another payment processor designated by SSA.
5. Cancellation Policy
- ·You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle with no cancellation fee.
- ·The monthly cutoff date is the 25th of each month. Cancelling before the 25th means you will not be charged for the following cycle.
- ·You can cancel via My Page → Subscription Management or by emailing contact@seoulskinarchive.com.
- ·After cancellation, you retain access to the service through the end of the current billing period.
6. Box Personalization and Products
- ·Box contents are determined by your skin quiz results. The quiz is taken once at first login.
- ·Candidate product lists may be shown publicly for service introduction purposes, but the specific contents of your personalized box are revealed only after payment.
- ·We do not guarantee specific products. Items may be substituted with equivalent alternatives due to stock availability.
- ·All products are authentic and meet Korean quality standards.
7. Shipping
For full shipping details, see our Shipping page. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. SSA cannot control or predict these charges.
8. Returns and Refunds
For our full returns policy, see our Returns & Refunds page. Due to the nature of beauty products, opened or used products cannot be returned (except in cases of damage or defect).
9. Account and Security
- ·Accounts are for personal use only.
- ·You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- ·Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
10. Intellectual Property
All SSA brand assets, logos, content, and product imagery are our intellectual property. Commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
SSA is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the prior three months.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or site notice at least 30 days in advance.
