Service Availability Period
Purchased points are provided immediately after payment approval and can be used while the member account remains active.
AI generation processing time
AI generation starts when the member submits a request. Completion time depends on job queue, selected template, and external AI provider availability.
Refunds
Refund Policy
Unused paid points
If no points from the payment have been used, held, or applied to a generation job, a refund may be requested within 7 days from payment approval.
Used or held points
Points already used for AI generation, model training, storage, hosting, or active job holds are not refundable.
Bonus and promotional points
Bonus points, coupon points, and promotional points are excluded from cash refunds and may be deducted first when a related purchase is cancelled.
Failed system jobs
If an AI generation job fails due to a Yurasis system error, held points are released or spent points are refunded according to the service policy.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Actual completion time may vary depending on the payment provider and card issuer.
