Terms of Service
These are the basic terms between Yurasis and members for AI content generation, point top-ups, and blog operations.
Effective date: May 12, 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms define the conditions for using Yurasis AI blog generation, editing, publishing, point top-up, and related services, as well as the rights and obligations of Yurasis and users.

- Yurasis posts these Terms in the service screen or footer links.
- Yurasis may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by law.
- Material or disadvantageous changes will be announced in advance through the service or by email where appropriate.
4. Registration and Account Management
- Users must provide accurate information and may not use another person’s information.
- Users can sign in after completing email verification.
- Members are responsible for safely managing their account and password.
- Yurasis may restrict accounts suspected of abuse, security risk, or Terms violations.

- AI blog generation, research, editing, style adaptation, image generation, and post conversion
- Blog registration, team invitations, categories, scheduled publishing, and post management
- Writing style model creation, sample upload, model sharing, and marketplace features
- Yurasis blog hosting, external publishing integrations, analytics, and usage history
6. AI Content and User Responsibility
- AI output may contain errors, omissions, inaccurate information, or intellectual property risks.
- Users must review factual accuracy, legal compliance, and third-party rights before publication or commercial use.
- AI output should not be relied upon without expert review in medical, legal, tax, finance, investment, or other professional domains.
- Users must not enter unnecessary personal information, trade secrets, third-party copyrighted works, or illegal materials into prompts, samples, or images.
7. Content Rights
- Rights to user-entered or uploaded content remain with the user or the lawful right holder.
- Yurasis may use member content only as necessary to provide, store, back up, convert, publish, support, secure, and improve the service.
- Users must have the rights required for any materials uploaded or provided as training samples.
- Yurasis retains rights to templates, UI, code, brand assets, system prompts, service structure, and operational materials.
8. Paid Services and Points
Point conversion rates, package prices, base points, bonus points, estimated output volume, auto top-up, storage billing, and AI usage charging rules are displayed on the separate Pricing page and in the service checkout screen. Purchased points are provided immediately after payment approval and can be used while the member account remains active.
9. Payment, Withdrawal, and Refunds
- Payment amount, granted points, bonus points, and estimated usage range can be reviewed before payment on the Pricing page and checkout screen.
- Withdrawal may be restricted when digital content or AI generation starts immediately at the member’s request.
- Unused points with no usage history may be refunded if requested within 7 days from the payment date. Points already used, held, granted as bonus points, or issued as promotional points may be excluded from or deducted from the refund amount.
- If an AI generation job fails due to a system error, held points may be released or spent points may be refunded according to company policy.
- Refund timing follows payment method, payment provider policy, and applicable law.
10. Restrictions
Yurasis may restrict use when abuse, security risk, illegal content, payment abuse, excessive automated traffic, or other Terms violations are confirmed or reasonably suspected.
11. Service Changes and Backups
Yurasis may change or suspend parts of the service for operation, security, or technical improvement. Members are responsible for separately backing up important content.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Yurasis does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, search ranking, or revenue impact of AI-generated output. Where liability is recognized, damages are limited as permitted by applicable law.
13. Privacy
Yurasis protects personal information under applicable laws. Details are provided in the separate Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved through mutual consultation or the competent court under civil procedure rules.
